1. About Solved
Solved is operated by Solved (SMC-PVT) Ltd. ("Solved", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Pakistan. We provide an AI-assisted mathematics tutoring platform that connects students with live human tutors on demand.
By creating an account or using the Solved platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Solved. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 5-day free trial with full access to the platform. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be paused unless you subscribe.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Solved offers a monthly subscription. Pricing is displayed at solvedpk.com/pricing and varies by region:
- United States: $19.00 USD per month
- Pakistan: PKR 4,000 per month
United States: Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the merchant of record. Your payment is with Paddle and their terms apply to the transaction. Paddle collects and remits applicable taxes on our behalf.
Pakistan: Payments are made directly to Solved (SMC-PVT) Ltd. via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. Payment details will be provided upon subscription. Subscriptions are activated once payment is confirmed by our team.
Subscriptions renew monthly. US subscribers are charged automatically on the same date each month. Pakistan subscribers will receive a payment reminder ahead of each renewal.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not prorate partial months.

6. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. No refunds are issued after 7 days from the charge date.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any purpose other than your own educational use
- Share your account credentials with anyone else
- Record, redistribute, or reproduce session content without our written permission
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm tutors or other users
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
8. Sessions and Recordings
Sessions on Solved are recorded for quality assurance, safety, and learning profile purposes. Recordings are used internally only and are not shared with third parties except as required by law. By using the platform, you consent to session recording.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Solved platform — including MAIRA, the interface, session summaries, and materials — is owned by Solved (SMC-PVT) Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of it without our written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or tutor availability at any given time. Tutors are independent contractors, not employees of Solved.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solved's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are a consumer located in the United States, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state. For US subscribers, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
