Solved is operated by Solved (SMC-PVT) Ltd., registered in Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Solved platform at app.solvedpk.com.

Account information: Your name, phone number, grade level, and email address (if provided) when you sign up.

Session content: Problems you submit (text or images), your conversation with MAIRA (our AI), and the working notes generated during your session.

Session recordings: Audio from your session with MAIRA is recorded and temporarily stored for quality assurance and safety review.

Usage data: Session timestamps, duration, ratings, and platform interactions.

Payment information: We do not store payment card details. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who maintain their own privacy practices.

Device information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and debugging purposes.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

To operate the Solved platform, we work with a set of carefully selected third-party service providers. These include:

• Cloud infrastructure and distributed data storage providers — for secure, scalable storage and real-time processing of session and account data
• Large language model (LLM) and neural text-to-speech providers — powering MAIRA's natural language understanding, diagnostic reasoning, and voice synthesis
• Real-time WebRTC communication providers — enabling low-latency audio and video sessions between students and tutors
• Transactional messaging and push notification providers — for email delivery and real-time tutor alerting
• Paddle.com Market Limited — payment processing for US subscribers

Each provider is bound by their own privacy and security standards. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function and do not permit any provider to use your data for their own purposes.

Audio from your MAIRA sessions is recorded. Recordings are:

• Stored securely and accessible only to Solved staff
• Used only for quality review, tutor feedback, and safety purposes
• Never shared with third parties except where required by law
• Retained for a maximum of 90 days before deletion

By using the platform, you consent to session recording. If you have concerns, contact us at support@solvedpk.com.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

Solved is intended for students aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

If you are a parent and believe your child has created an account without your consent, please contact us at support@solvedpk.com.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for session recording (note: this may limit your ability to use the platform)

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and restricted access controls. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
