Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to feel confident trying Solved. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how to request one.

Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 5-day free trial with full access to the platform. You will not be charged during your trial period. If you do not subscribe before your trial ends, your account is paused automatically — you will not be charged anything.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at support@solvedpk.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

After 7 Days

Refunds are not available for charges older than 7 days. Subscription fees are non-refundable after this window, including for partial months.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we will review your case.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for the unused portion of a cancelled subscription period.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we reasonably determine that the refund policy is being abused — for example, repeated sign-ups and refund requests from the same user.

Accounts suspended for violations of our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds.

Payment Processing

US subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
